Would be great for patients who don’t care about bedside manner. One day very sympathetic and accommodating but the next could not care less about how she’s making you feel :):)

I had a surprising cancer diagnosis shortly after seeing Sarah. She was literally on the phone with me and typing in referrals and attentively taking care of my needs with lightning fast speed. I knew I was in good hands and she has supported and responded to all my after care needs and referrals as well.

I’m so tired of fighting every single month for my medication. Explaining and insisting. It’s an ongoing condition 10 years + none are new medications. I should have done this a year ago but I like her as a person. Not recommended for long term care.

Sara has provided me with outstanding care on multiple occasions for several different issues.

I have been seeing Sara for about 2 1/2 years now. The first time I went in to see her was kinda by accident (my actual provider wasn’t available, so I saw her instead) but she figured out what was wrong in about 5 minutes. I have to tell you I was super glad I wasn’t dying!! I immediately switched PCP’s after that visit. Sara is funny and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I have, including my Mom and sister in law…and they love her just as much as I do.

As a patient at Moscow Medical, I have been seen by Sara Presol, FNPC twice. Sara is not my regular provider, but the two times I was seen by her as a patient were not positive experiences. She came off slightly arrogant, and was dismissive towards the issues I came to her for as well as my feelings regarding them. Seeing a doctor or nurse practitioner is a vulnerable experience, especially when it’s not your regular provider. Sara is didn’t seem to understand this concept. Although she is extremely knowledgeable and skillful, her bedside manner is massively lacking.
