Sara is a such fantastic therapist! She has helped me, and continues to help me, work through so much. She’s extremely knowledgeable, shares great resources and helps me gain the tools I need to get me through life. She makes me feel safe, comfortable and validated, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Sara Lewis broke HIPPA when she told everything I had said to her, to my father. Whom she also met with for therapy, which was an underlying issue as I was forced to go to therapy by my father and he then starts speaking to her privately as well. Also, the advice she gave me was unreliable. I never found a “skill” she told me to use, to be effective. The relationship she created with my father impacted the effectiveness of my therapy. I do not recommend her services to anyone.
