Terrible experience with this nurse!
Absolutely zero compassion or concern for any of my medical issues. Rude, rushed and she barely even looked me over. I told her my medical concerns and she said to me “what do you want me to do about it”!!!! I have had a lot of major surgeries & had valid concerns regarding my condition. She could care less. This type of nurse should be removed from practice & it is sad that she is seeing patients at an Immediate Care facility whom need prompt medical attention.

Terrible experience! She saw my son in OSF urgent care , I am just aphauled when she refused to refill my Son's prescription for albuterol, his asthma medicine (he has moved from IL to CA and his PCP retired in IL and was visiting for summer vacation). My son was having problems breathing and had tested positive for covid. OSF urgent care facilities should never hire nurse practitioners if they don't even care for their patients like a normal Doctor would do.

Sara failed to follow provider instructions causing a dangerous overdose to my mother. In an effort to deflect from the situation she lied about my mother’s health status
