Sara is an absolutely amazing therapist. I have been to more than my share fair and have never felt comfortable with their suggestions or opening up to them. From day one Sara was completely different. She is kind, compassionate, gentle and extremely easy to speak with. She makes you feel understood and truly cares about her clients. Sara is working with me using cognitive therapy and it has been an amazing experience. I feel like I can finally start living and am so excited for this new life.
