If a one star was possible, I would be clicking that star. After being chronically ill for most of my life and many years, I have not encountered the unprofessionalism, as such I have with this nurse practitioner, she walks around thinking she a Doctor, when she a NURSE practitioner. My other family member who accompanied me to the appointment also witnessed the behavior of this provider. She writes in her note many lies and her assumptions when’s she read through 3 mins of a medical record that is very long and extensive and put her NURSE opinion in there. Felt very uncomfortable in the appointment when I walk in to her already assuming things about myself. The other doctors and nurses and staff are amazing at MGH Charlestown, but this own has an ego bigger than most surgeons at Boston hospitals. Instead of acting like a doctor Nurse Callahan, maybe I suggest you actually work with a doctor to find the best plan of care for that patient.
