Not crazy about being prescribed meds that have side effects that i already have issues with. And sorta trying to be talked into having tests I don't want everytime im there. I have my reasons for not wanting them it's somewhat intimidating. Overall I'm happy tho.

Sara was very helpful and informative. Her assistant did a very good procedure to clean out my ear wax. It was stubborn to remove but she was persistent!

While the front office and medical staff are "mostly" professional, the onsite lab draw leaves a lot to be desired. Twice my results were hemolyzed (never had issue in past) and missed a result which meant an additional blood draw.

I can say I definitely see a MUCH IMPROVED staff at the admittance desk. My husband and I have said for years that the only issue we ever had with Surecare was the receptionist and billing but the last 2 times I have been there they were excellant!
