Sapna is very knowledgeable and professional. She is also very patient, when I got custom earplugs she answered all of my million questions. When the earplugs didn't fit right at first, she was really helpful and ordered them to be remade with modifications (for free!) and now they fit great! I highly recommend her.

Sapna Mehta-Gertz was very responsive and accommodating and reviewed and discussed all of my questions regarding hyperacusis. Sapna provided excellent insight into hyperacusis and after our session provided follow-up recommendations for therapy and helpful tools and links for further reading and research.
I continue to be impressed with the consistent quality of expertise at Weil Cornell Medicine.
