Horrible nurse
This lady doesn’t take her patients serious, she gives her patients bad attitude horrible bedside manner. My mom had been going to her to treat her ear infection. This lady gave her the run around didn’t properly examine her and kept giving her different medications that were not for the type of infection she had. My mother ended up with the infection in her brain and is currently in the hospital fighting for her life. This infection was preventable if ms.Rusell would of taken it seriously my mom would be at home with us right now and not fighting to survive with damage in her brain. If I could give her 0 stars I would

Excellent Care
Ms. Russell takes the time to listen & has excellent bedside manner. My husband is super doctor phobic and now he will see no one but her. The level of CARE is impeccable.
