Highly recommended
When I first went to Sandra my anxiety and OCD were close to unbearable. Upon the initial visit, I was skeptical but as time went on, I realized just how experienced, caring and willing she was to get me better. She did not keep me going in for more than I needed, and after 6 to 7 months, my symptoms drastically reduced. I am forever grateful for Sandra, and would highly recommended her to anybody that is struggling with anxiety, depression and or OCD.

Comapssionate and focused therapy
Telehealth
Sandra exceeded my expectations! Not only is she compassionate and caring, but she provided practical evidence-based treatment and my anxiety has improved significantly. I have tried other therapists but she is the first who has made such a big difference in my quality of life. Sandra is a very skilled therapist and I highly recommend her!

She gives clarity to the often complicated history of emotions that you bring to the table, guiding you towards new and healthier perspectives that help you to overcome your situation so you can heal. I have been seeing Sandra for a few years and she is by far the best at what she does. She has helped me through some tough times and given me the tools to move forward. I have not felt better or stronger in a long time and credit Sandra for the help.
