Sandra Lemmel ignored anything I told her. She prescribed a medicine I tried to tell her didnt work then dismissed me and told me to come back in a month when I told her Im having issues that are severely affecting my life. I made an appointment with a different person when I got home because I really need help.

My mother came to Ms. Lemmel for a visit to inquire about covid vaccine. Ms.Lemmel informed my mother that she, herself was not receiving the vaccine. She thought there was not enough information about the vaccine and it had been rushed through in a short amount of time. She said, if an older person has underlying conditions it might be a good idea. Ms.Lemmel told my mother she would not recommend for or against the vaccine. Which is the only true and professional statement made. My mother asked if it was ok to receive vaccine with the medication she is taking, which Ms.Lemmel did not prescribe. Instead of recommending my mother check with the specialist who prescribed the medication, she told my mother to hold the medication 7 days prior to the shot. I have checked with the specialist who prescribed the medication and a pharmacist. There is no contraindication with the covid vaccine and the medicine, and there is no need to hold. Unprofessional and inaccurate medical care.
