If you're ready to go deep, go with Sandra
Sandra is super insightful and straightforward. I have had therapists that only focus on behavior and tools; she does that, but also gets to the root issues. She is not going to let you make excuses to stay stuck in your counterproductive patterns. She also has a good sense of humor and cultural competence. She's helping immensely.

Sandra Landers did not respect my boundaries. When I explained to her that I was uncomfortable with a certain exercise, she basically told me it was her way or the highway. She was even sarcastic and triggered me several times during one hour. I have NEVER had an experience with a therapist like this before. She was very unprofessional and I would not recommend seeing her unless you do not respect your own boundaries or would like a panic attack like the one that I had after our session.
