Great experience!
My experience was great. Ms. Flores listened to my symptoms, made several recommendations, prescribed one medication and has me feeling better. Her staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. I will continue visiting Sandra Flores for my health care needs. I am a military veteran and appreciate the care and attention I received.

Most unprofessional "clinic " I have ever been to! The hours posted on the door are simply a suggestion. If you don't plan on opening on Saturday then do not set appointments and call patients to come in on a Saturday!!! I was taking 3 new patients until I saw 6 of her patients waiting in their cars because neither the "Dr." or her staff have arrived! It was already 10:30am. God bless those loyal patients and may you patience be rewarded!

I didn't find a zero star! Frankly, this office is a nightmare. . . I tried my best to give a chance, and I did it but it is unacceptable that nobody in this office knows the basics on how to treat a patient with chronic disease and give the importance they deserve. They even don't know about how to write correctly a prescription and handle the process with the pharmacy. As a patient, it is my responsibility to not stay with Flores Clinic and to inform our own experience.
