Very offensive & rude, I felt violated after my visit. Refused to listen to any particular problems and only asked personal questions with no regard to any feelings giving no support. I feel as if I am owed an apology and an hour of my life back. Not professional whatsoever and basically lacking comen understanding of how human emotions relate to todays society.
