Dr. Sandra Collazo, OD

I have been seeing Dr, Collazo for more that 15 years. She is very professional, caring, honest. Her help with dry eye' problem has been excellent as well with prescription glasses. I recommended her

One of my worst experience ever .... The interesting part , That I discovered after the check , that person was checking my Daughter was not Dr Collazo , Dr Collazo was not in the office and she was using another person to fill in , and this information was kept mysterious , i.e. while taking the appointment it was never mentioned …… I do not even know her name , since she is using Dr Collazo reports !!!!!……. Here is summary of the experience , the person checked my Daughter was Very rude , very agressive talking to her and to me , incompetent of managing the few minutes check , and unprofessional of explaining to my daughter why things are not going well , since I was not using insurance , so it was just a loss of 159 $ … …. It is was unfortunate being there , I will have to do another check somewhere else , and only God knows how accurate she was .... !!!!
