I was a patient of Sandras for several years. She helped me overcome severe childhood trauma, PTSD, depression and other ussues. I am doing very well now and while finished with therapy, I am welcome back if I need to go. I would not be in the place I am now if I hadn't gotten the good, sound counseling that I got from Sandra. I am stronger and my life is good now. While I did the work, Sandra showed me how and gave me the tools I didn't have to overcome the issues in my life that was crippling me. She taught me that I could be happy and that I deserved to be happy. I am in a good place in my life now.
