Really rude. Lied and said to us that she got my grandmother out of bed today when she didn’t. Also sat there and said “I don’t have time for this I have other patients to see.” Will be reporting her.

Very rude to an elderly patient in need. Disappointing. Told the patient “I don’t have time for this, I have other patients”. I understand how busy the floors can get, but you should never make a patient feel as though their voice is not heard or their concerns are not valid. I do not recommend scheduling an appointment or receiving care from Sandra.
