Dr. Pelletier is diligent, thorough, caring and knowledgable. His staff is equally professional, highly skilled, patient and kind. The staff in the eyeglass shop are professional, patient and knowledgeable, as well. And the reception staff are kind, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Pelletier's practice is truly exemplary.

He is an awful doctor. His staff is terrible. Doesn't like elderly women. My husband said he didn't like him at all as well! I had written another comment earlier but the bad comments seem to be replaced with good comments. He's very narcissistic and unkind. Funny how you don't find any negative comments at all, isn't it? Just positive to feed his ego.

Dr. Pelletier is very knowledgable, experienced and competent in his field. He diagnosed my vitreous detachment issue and explained the cause and correction options to me. Thanks to Dr. Pelletier, I was refererd to a top eye surgeon in the Portland area who corrected my eye issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Pelletier if you are looking for an experienced, patient, courteous and caring Optometrist. His staff is also top notch. -Pete M
