Samantha is the best!
I traveled 40 miles to make my appointment with Dr. Rydzak only to be informed, upon my arrival, that my appointment had been canceled. No notice whatsoever. Fortunately, the receptionist was very gracious and Samantha agreed to see me as a patient in Dr. Rydzak's absence. I was certainly grateful. I was in and out quite expeditiously and my colonoscopy was scheduled. I found Samantha to be polite, professional, and an effective listener. I was most impressed with her presentation. This is medical care at its finest. Wonderful experience!

Prompt, personable and professional
My appointment was scheduled for 3:20 PM, and by 4:00 PM I was driving home. Samantha Wheeler accessed my medical history, discussed with me available diagnostic options for monitoring the status of my GI health, and outlined the time-frame of the diagnostic procedures, all done in terms completely clear in meaning.
