This provider is not a choice for multidimensional and specialty health issues. Her extreme Rigidity, lack of conceptual approach to treatment, and inability to treat patients coping with challenging conditions manifesting unpredictability personally impacted and diminished my quality of life. No approach to de-escalate tension or empower this relationship found success. Suggestion of colleague collaboration for treatment solutions and mutual benefit was rejected. Change seems best-

She does not listen and works on her lap top the entire time. She is very rude and has no compassion for her patients. She should choose a different career because this is definitely not her calling! She asked me why my PCP could not have managed my psych needs....

Ms. Shannon spends a lot of her time typing on her laptop, and does not place much emphasis on listening to her patient's concerns. I never feel heard by her, and often she suggests things that do not make sense. She is always very sure that she is right.
