We worked with Sam for several years. Sadly my husband's work switched their employee wellness center from Ascension to Theda and we miss her. Samantha was terrific. We didn't believe all of the same things, but we loved chatting and SHE WAS HIGHLY RESPECTFUL toward us and very competent.

I had a appointment today with Samantha. Her Bubbly Personality and Professionalism made me feel so Relaxed. She answered all my questions and concerns with enthusiasm. I highly recommend Sam if your looking for professional care. Today it's hard to find someone who listens to there patients. She gives you your full attention. Her Beautiful smile makes you feel welcomed from the moment she says Hello. Thank You Sam!
