My psychiatrist was Sam. I informed him I was pregnant and needed to adjust my medication after calling for two days leaving 2 voicemails I finally got a phone call back. He had his MA tell me he was going to taper me off and start a new one. I went to pick up the new prescription thinking the lower dosage of the old meds was going to be there too. Nope. I called another 3 days to ask how I’m suppose to taper off. Once I get a call back now she said I don’t need to be tapered off that medication. So I cold turkey it as instructed, & started the new one. 4 days of dealing with intense dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, irritability and being prescribed nausea meds I realized the new medication was making the dizziness worse to the part where I’m going to Black Out. I could not get my kids to schools it’s been so bad. Today I called to tell them I needed a new medication. She called me back and said my symptoms are from my pregnancy & we’re going to prescribe me anything anymore. BLOWN AWAY

He is by far the worst provider I have ever seen! He makes random, arbitrary decisions with your care, then refuses to explain why or even talk if you ever dare ask. I've seen tons of doctors throughout my life, and actively see 3-4 per month. Hands down, Sam Safaee is the WORST I have ever seen!

I have never in my 66 years of life had a PA, doctor, nurse or anyone treat me as rudely as this man did - he has no compassion for someone with pain, no bedside manner, NOTHING. I will never see him again - I would rather drive 50 miles then see someone like this man
