Dr. Winston is one of the foremost experts in the nation in the field of anxiety disorders. She is so humble, kind, compassionate and has given me an incredible toolbox to work with when it comes to coping with OCD, PTSD and occasional bouts of depression. I suffered a brain injury and Dr. Winston has been instrumental in aiding me in my fight for a full recovery. She is often the voice of reason in my mind and I am so thankful for her support.
