Sally Dykes

Only one star because I can't give a zero. Saw Dr. Joseph Sherrill at UAB Highlands for bilateral carpal tunnel surgery (he did a great job) and on follow up visit had sutures removed and was told by Dr. Sherrill "we are going to get you some therapy to help you regain range of motion and hand strength. Was walked by Dr. Sherrill's Staff to the therapy room and then later get a bill from University of Alabama Health Services for more money (after meeting my major medical deductible already). Asked them to re bill the amount to BC/BS PROPERLY showing Sally Dykes as a DOCTOR of Occupational Therapy so it would be paid. University of Alabama Health Services never re billed the amount, instead said they sent it to an internal department to look at the coding that their "in house" department determined it had been billed correctly and I had to make the payment less a small adjustment. DON'T go to Occupational Therapy if you use Dr. Sherrill or YOU will be the one paying the bill.
