Concerns Ignored
I went to the office with notes. Test results, medications tried and experiences. All of it was ignored. I went for the test she suggested, which of course came back fine, my only follow up was 'Let us know if you have any questions' When I asked questions, I was told central scheduling would reach out for a colonoscopy. I told her both verbally and in my written notes that I can't physically have one due to several reasons that were clear. She ignored my symptoms, CT scans, other tests and my list of tried medications. Not a great compassionate provider.

My daughter has been in pain for 2 years. Most recent test was a CT scan. Two days later, when she asked what the next step would be since the results were negative, they actually asked "are you still having issues"? And no further test set up.
