Oblivious
My undiagnosed bipolar family member was Saira's ongoing patient when she (family member) went into a prolonged manic episode. Saira did not recognize that it was a bipolar episode and supported the destructive manic behavior until the patient hit rock bottom and ended up getting the diagnosis from another therapist. By that time she had inflicted major damage to her life and family. Total negligence.

Unprofessional
Saira is often late or misses appointments entirely. This seems like rule number one for a therapist. She is often overly casual in sessions, as if she wants to be your buddy and just chat. She seems afraid to challenge problematic behaviours and instead cheers it on in the name of being 'supportive'.
