She's great with my mom. She's even will leave my voicemail at times to reassure me my mom is ok with her labs and medications.

Unprofessional. Inexperienced. Lacks compassion to treat and understand patients. She argues with patients in her shrill voice and then publicly walks off rolling her eyes and shaking her head to show her colleagues and everyone. She's inpatient and incapable of explaining lab results and treatment plans. Why be in the health profession working with the poor when you can't relate to their needs? Please reexamine how you treat your patients and change.
