Useless at all levels. Unwilling to help patients or do paperwork correctly. Sent me a bill despite no change in my insurance thus setting off many other issues. Refuses to cooperate in medication management or insurance claims. I do not recommend.

Not easy to communicate with at all. Not easy to work with. Frustrating, especially because you should be able to rely on someone who is prescribing you medication, but she is not reliable. Do not recommend.
