Dr. S Moshe Roth, OD

Dr Roth is rude and unprofessional. He constantly berated me to pull my children out of school for therapy appointments with unqualified staff. Would not recommend.

Dr. Roth immediately diagnosed an issue with my right eye and highly recommended I go to a specialist. He met me at the Omni Eye facility in West Orange the next morning at 7am to share his findings and plan of action was put in place. Over the past year my vision has improved dramatically, the progress has been remarkable. I have had several follow up visits to make sure the plan put in motion is working and it is. I highly recommend and thank him for his care, concern, and level of detail .

Dr. Roth performs a very comprehensive examination. He also explains himself in a way that is understandable. His office staff and assistance are very professional.

Dr. Roth is the real deal. He does NOT rush through your appointment. He tests eye health in many ways, andvtakes the time to explain the results to you, both in laymen's terms and also visually, when applicable via diagnostics. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist in any way possible. At a point, I was considering moving to Pennsylvania, and I told the doctor that I would still keep him as my eye doctor if I did.

All the staff under Dr. Roth were helpful and gracious. Dr. Roth did a complete examination of my eyes. He asked and answered questions that were relevant to my case in a highly professionsl manner. I would recommend him to any and all of my friends and relatives without hesitation. I saw Dr. Roth for the first time this week and I have never had a more thorough eye exam in my life and I'm approaching 30 years of age. He was knowledgeable, took the time out during the visit to explain everything in a way that I understood and participated in my own exam, and also saw things that every other eye doctor who I've seen missed. I would highly recommend Dr. Roth and the whole team at Family Eye Care! If I could give them more stars, I would!

I have been seeing Dr. Roth for a number of years and even brought my son when he was a minor. Dr. Roth and his staff are very professional and caring. I've always felt comfortable discussing vision and other health concerns with Dr. Roth, and he has shared medical information with me based on my medical conditions. I appreciate the fact that he knows how to explain things to me, a lay person, but doesn't 'talk down' to me.

I traveled over 1 hour for my son to be evaluated by Dr. Roth and it was well worth it! Dr Roth was very patient and thorough in examining my son and took his time explaining this new world of vision therapy to me. Also, he helped me find a reputable pediatric occupational therapist closer to our home and spoke to the Dr to update him on my son's case. He went the extra mile. The two staff members that I worked with prior to and during the visit, were both exceptional!

Dr. Roth is highly trained and uses cutting edge technology to help people of all ages with routine eye and severe vision loss. Dr. Roth and the staff are incredibly user-friendly and help me with a very complicated and serious condition as a result of a brain tumor. His vision therapy program is simply amazing, and he can really make a difference in someone's life. I highly recommend Dr. Roth and his practice.

Dr. Roth was awesome. He was very gentle and accommodating with my 2 year old son. He didn't push unnecessary medication, but explained the benefits. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the visit and will be back soon. I'll be switching to this practice myself and would recommend it to others.

Dr. Roth and his staff helped me get my life back on track after I had a stroke that left me with vision issues. Before I saw him, I was dizzy all the time, easily overstimulated, wobbly when I walked, couldn't read, couldn't watch TV, couldn't work. After 9 months of vision therapy I'm almost completely back to my pre-stroke normal. Dr. Roth is so knowledgable, explains everything in detail so you understand what he's trying to do, and is so personable as well. I highly recommend him

My daughter has been going to Dr. Roth for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the results! She is on the spectrum so many doctor appointments are difficult but Dr. Roth has made going to the eye doctor easy and stress free. He takes his time and I would recommend him to anyone!

Back in the day I would have looked at something that said , " helping individuals correct vision problems that eyeglasses can´t.", as a money-making scheme but that is far from the truth. Dr. Roth and his whole team of qualified individuals work very hard and have brought me a long way. Dr. Roth fixed my visual issues with vision therapy that glasses/contacts couldn't fix. After sustaining a concussion/traumatic brain injury, my eyes stopped working together. I had a hard time reading, driving, focusing, and my hand writing got worse. I was barely getting through my college classes at school, taking extra time for assignments and on exams. After just two months of therapy, I'm starting to be able to do what I used to. Dr. Roth is specialized in TBI, and I recommend him!

I would never recommend him. He is so rude. Doesn't know how to talk to kids. My both kids hated how he treated them. He was forcing us to take the retinal eye pictures test, when I declined, he became utterly rude. Exact thing happened last year too. I only went there because they accept our insurance. Totally not recommended.
