Ryan Landsted changed his name to Caleb Arbams and this business is now operating as Freedom and Hope Biblical Counseling. In my personal opinion, he has behaved unethically. He sent me a text message to terminate services after one session based upon questions I had about his credentialing, my wife assisting me with setting up our appointment, and for providing him with positive feedback. He also said that based on the five assessments that I took at his direction, the results indicated 'deceit' or a 'lack of insight.' But he did not tell me which of these assessments gave that indication or offer any referrals. The text message from this therapist raised several red flags:Judgmental conclusions: The language about deceit and lack of insight, without a deeper exploration or clarification, seems harsh and hase dmaged my mental health and retraumatized me.Failure to address concerns professionally: My questions about credentials and feedback were met with defensiveness
