Bad Eyecare
I made an appointment with Dr. Ryan Hargreaves for a comprehensive eye exam. I was quoted 300 plus, which is expensive for an eye exam but the firm seemed professional so I figured I'd give it a shot.Unfortunately the firm is anything but professional. After wasting an hour driving to the facility I was simply told, rudely, that the doctor left and they would need to reschedule. Now normally if a doctor's office is going to reschedule they give you some advance notice, they don't wait for you to show up and waste your time and then be rude about it on top of things.I'm sad to say that Dr. Hargreaves falls into the trap that a lot of doctors do in the Palm Beach area being greedy, lazy, and entitled. Worst of all not caring about the outcomes of your patients.If you care at all about your eye health, please consider taking your business elsewhere.
