My Phonak hearing aids work great. My hearing is now clear concise. I no longer have to hand the telephone to my wife. I can watch TV without close caption on. Dr. Hamilton and staff courteous and professional.

I made an appointment with Dr. Hamilton when I was experiencing hearing loss. He tested me, and while I did indeed have an impairment, told me to come back in a few years. This told me that he was honest and ethical. A year later, I returned and got hearing aids. He is very thorough and a dedicated professional, as well as courteous. He explains the process of hearing loss carefully, and stands by the products they sell, always ready to assist, answer questions. I have no reservations about recommending him for services.

Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Hamilton and Advantage. He substantially improved the performance of my hearing aids purchased elsewhere. I strongly recommend Advantage. They do what they promise.

Dr. Hamilton was very patient with me when I was hesitant about getting hearing aids. I decided to go ahead and try them as my hearing was worse than I ever imagined. I got the aids a few four months ago and love love love my new Phonak hearing aids. With each appointment he "fine tunes" them ! My life is forever changed for the better. I can hear so many sounds I was missing and I don't feel left out when in a group or out in a noisy environment. I wish I would have seen Dr. Hamilton sooner.

My experience with Dr Hamilton was outstanding. He took the time to fully explain the effects of hearing loss over time. Although I thought I could hear just fine, it turned out I was missing so very much. He set me up with a set of phonak hearing aids. I have had them for about 7 months now and I am completely satisfied. Two return visits since getting them to ensure I was having no problems . All was very satisfactory thanks to Dr. Hamilton.

Dr. Hamilton, thank you so very much for honoring my request to substitute the ear pieces on my hearing aids from the DOME to recommending the SHELL. The difference in the quality in the hearing for me is amazing. The sounds are clear and crisps, and it is now a joy to experience in hearing the understandable sounds and conversations. A very patient and knowledgeable professional. He gave us our options and explained what our hearing losses were and what to expect from hearing aids. He made sure we understood how to wear them and care for the hearing aids. This morning I could hear the birds at the feeders and distant sounds that I completely missed before. We are to have another appointment to further refine the sound levels and eliminate any problems we might have.
