Too broken to fix

Dr. Coogan came to my work and gave a presentation to the staff about his services. Long story short, I came in for an evaluation and signed up for a 3 month twice weekly treatment plan costing over $1K after insurance. I was no better upon completing treatment. Dr. Coogan’s response was “some people are just too broken to fix”. Staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Coogan left me in tears and feeling like he didn’t care and was all about the money.
