I limped in on crutches and Ryan did an assessment; we started with basic exercises and worked through progressively more challenging exercises. As some of the starter exercises became easier, I started relying on the crutches less and less and am grateful to Ryan for getting me back to nearly 100% in a safe and steady manner. And I don't think I would have had this level of 1 on 1 attention most places.
