Thoughtful, ethical, and highly competent
Ruth is compassionate, authentic, and honest. She has been an incredible support as I dealt with ADHD, grief, and cancer. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a thoughtful, ethical, and highly competent therapist.

Professional and knowledgeable therapist
Ruth has been an asset to my mental health. She is very knowledgeable and has experience in PTSD, Trauma, and Grief. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a professional & knowledgeable therapist. She is very reliable and non judgmental. I have seen other therapists in the past and know it can be difficult to find someone who is a good fit for you. I started my therapy journey with her after a cancer diagnosis and continue to work through other life experiences that have affected me from my childhood to adulthood. I highly recommend her if you have your own life experiences to work through. Mental health is so important.

Grief Counselor
Her knowledge, understanding and explanation on grief was helpful and allowed me to process my feelings. She was very empathic, compassionate, which allowed me to feel comfortable and able to open up without fear or judgement.

Excellent to work with
Telehealth
I’ve been seeing Ruth for over a year. She has be deeply affirming as I’ve tried to navigate sensory processing issues and AuDHD after being diagnosed at age 42. Our conversations about creating a sensory diet and working though grief have allowed me to calm my nervous system and process long-held trauma. I no longer need to take prescription medication for the chronic pain that I had dealt with for the previous 10 years. Ruth is constantly learning and shares resources that have helped me learn a ton as well. Queer and neurodivergent folks should definitely consider seeing her. I’ve recommended her repeatedly to others.

Wish i listened to reviews
i wasted time and money. she does not understand adhd but says she specializes. she went on and on about all the work shes done. you would think she should know the way she talks about herself. shes very into herself but only talks about what shes done in the past.

Do not recommend
This provider is awful. I very much recommend finding someone more competent. She lacks compassion and is quick to become dysregulated and jumps to assumptions. She spends a lot of time talking about her training and history. There are many other competent and compassionate professionals in the field.
