Terrible ethical consideration of patients. After patronizing me on more than one occasion, Ruby doubled an antidepressant while I was dealing with post partum depression and then in effect “ghosted” me, allowing my prescription to run out and leaving me in a terrible situation. Ruby is not to be trusted with anyone’s mental healthcare, and I wouldn’t trust her with healthcare in general due to her negligence and nonchalance when it comes to serious medications.

I was meant to be a client of Dr. Jha but only saw her twice over the 1.5 yrs that they were my providers. After that, I only had appts with Ruby, a nurse practitioner. Copay fluctuated and ranged between $95-200. They also require appts every 90 days if you want your scripts refilled. I’m prescribed a Schedule II med that I never had issues with getting until there was a shortage. Ruby advised me to call local pharmacies and ask if they could fill my script. Every pharmacist I spoke with looked at me with confusion, as this is not information that can legally be given to a patient. That is the job of a psychiatrist and I’m very lucky I didn’t get red flagged. Once I told Ruby I don’t have the credentials to receive such info, she told me it was an inconvenience for her to hold for 10 min when she tried to call one of the pharmacies. “I cannot keep doing this” was the last thing I ever heard from her. There are too many excellent professional options to settle for this lack of care.
