Everyone is polite and attentive with the patients and themselves. They all work collaborative. I just wish you had a weight stations for weighing (standing patients and patients in wheelchairs) and lifting (for building muscle strength).

Ruben and everyone else that helped me during my sessions were knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated their patience and attentiveness to my pain. Ruben took the time to help me heal quickly with the exercise he had me perform.

I am more than happy to recommend Ruben Alvarado. He is the best Physical Therapist at Pure Physical Therapy in McAllen, Texas. He has greatly helped me gain strength and mobility after my Rotator Cuff Tear injury. He pushes you only to the limit that you can take. He never made me feel overwhelmed, which helped me relax and be able to do the exercises I needed. I noticed the difference on my shoulder injury after the first week, which made me want to work harder. I felt better and had much less pain.

DOC Ruben is truly the best! (Maybe because he is a DALLAS COWBOYS FAN:)He listens to your needs and then discusses what he would like to do. He is very knowledgeable. He focuses on the area and knows what can and cannot be done. I have been going to the clinic a few weeks and I am truly grateful for the entire Staff at Pure Physical therapy .
