Dr Roy Sullivan and his staff are very personable, thorough and professional. For a first time user of a hearing aid, Dr Sullivan and staff take the time to explain all facets of using an aide and provide easy to read instructions and material for reference. They also provide complimentary followup visits to ensure that the hearing aide is working as expected. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been with Dr Sullivan almost 10 years. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and attention to your specific needs. He takes as much time as you need and you never feel rushed. I have had other hearing aides for 20 years now.. No other doctor has been as comprehensive as Dr. Sullivan. I have never heard better or used better aides. He sees you many times after to review your needs and make corrections. He is state of the art. His audiologist is amazing as well. Go to this man. He is fabulous!!!

Hearing is a quality of life issue and as such enhanced to the max in every aspect from care, examining, fit, dispensing and follow through. This is a man dedicated to the art and science of audiology. In all honesty, five stars is actually not enough.

Dr. Sullivan has been my audiologist for almost 20 years. He is world class in his field. I have twice yearly exams (one, thorough) and consult with him by telephone when needed. He has thorough understanding of the audio (hearing) process, solutions to slight or serious hearing impairments, and is a a master in the field of hearing aid technologies. If you have the beginnings of hearing loss, or are further along in your loss, this is the caregiver to visit.

Extremely satisfied, and highly recommended. Personalized attention to specific needs. Followup visits designed to ensure continued satisfaction of hearing instrument, as well as making adjustments to program settings to ensure maximum benefit. Far exceeded prior audiology experiences. Helped to better understand hearing loss, and how the instrument helps adjust to environmental conditions. While not able to reverse hearing loss, certainly can deal with it more effectively.

Dr. Sullivan is very caring and professional. He has many years of experience and has the most up-to-date modern technical equipment. Since 2006 I have worn one hearing aid which was fitted by Dr. Sullivan. In February 2016 I purchased two hearing aids which were recommended by Dr. Sullivan. I am extremely satisfied and feel isolated if I am not wearing them. The difference with the new technology is remarkable. I can't thank Dr. Sullivan enough for his expertise and advice.
