Worst therapist I have ever been to. She gets visibly frustrated if her attempts to help you fail. She sighs, rolls her eyes during therapy sessions if she doesn't personally agree with whatever you are saying. In one session she caused me to have a panic attack, and then acted as if she was being inconvenienced or angry that i was upset. After weeks of failed therapy sessions and attempts, she gave up by sending me an email, out of nowhere at 1 am, telling me effective immediately she is no longer my therapist, with no other explanation or anything. This was my terrible experience with Roxanne Brunsman. She should not be allowed to be a LCSW.

I have been seeing Roxanne since 2011 and she is amazing! She really helps me with my anxiety issues and I feel like I'm talking more to a friend than a therapist. I'm very comfortable with her and have been since day 1. She's great!

I would recommend her as a counselor to anyone. Very easy to talk to. She works hard to help you feel accepted and valued. She seems to provide honest feedback also. I have appreciated her counseling style so much!

Seriously do not go to her. She is very condescending if she doesn't think your issues are severe enough. My honesty and openness was met with indifference and just an overall apathetic attitude. Please see some one other than her.

I have been seeing Roxanne for 4 years and she helps me so much with my anxiety issues. She has a very calming effect and I'm always leaving her office feeling so much better. She is very flexible for you and even has Saturday hours. She's also always on time and you're never waiting too long to see her.
