Very professional. My child is comfortable talking to her and taking her advice. My child trust Rosemary.

Sessions are direct and on time. She taught me great coping skills and techniques that have improved the way I think about myself and others.

Rosemary called me back within a day. She worked with me and gave me an appt that worked with my son's schedule. She saw my 11 year old and he really liked her. Making a connection is more than half the battle when finding mental health care. She has seen him short notice no questions asked. She is kind and compassionate. I am thankful we found her.

Rosemary is my favorite Therapist. I have talked to her about depression, anxiety, etc. She is very helpful with making my worry’s go away. It’s especially helpful when your a teen. The relationship started out well, as she was able to accomodate our visit immediately, especially given the situation with our child. However, she asked us to give her background - fine, but we didn't want to do it in front of the child. That's a little traumatizing. I don't feel she took the time to learn all that was involved in the behavior to address it well. Beyond that, she canceled appts frequently then would call to 'remind' us of an appt we never booked, only to charge a missed appt fee if we couldn't go. She also called us, with raised voice, about outstanding dues, although we paid co-pay. We never received a bill nor did she understand how to read the EOB. That, when she actually overcharged us the previous year and never offered those funds back. But finally, the breaking point was when she flew out of a session with the child to yell at the parent in the waiting room about something the kid mentioned. Of course the kid could hear everything and furthered the misbehavior.

She is amazing. Helps me with everything and is an amazing listener. Gives me helpful tips at every session. She also checks in on every aspect of how I live to make sure everything is moving along smoothly through this process.

Rosemary always puts my daughter, her patient, first. My ex is difficult to deal with but Rosemary puts up with him and continues to treat my daughter. All other aspects of her care are appreciated as well.

Rosemary is kind and understands a situation without having to even tell her much. She gets to the root of a problem without going through a much of nonsense. She was able to get my young son to talk and feel comfortable at the first meeting and has helped empower him to make positive changes in his own life. She’s wonderful.
