Poor communication--I was advised I'd have lab results in a few days. I waited over a month and nothing came in the mail and I could not get through on the phone without being on hold for 20 min at a time. The nurse at this location is rude and very condescending. Even the receptionist misspelled my name on my paper and it's not like I have a difficult name. Inconvenient hours---just horrible. It's not a real doctor at this location and these ladies are on a power trip and treat you like dirt.
