I have been seeing Dr. Spears for 20+ years for general health management. She treats in a manner that is very specific to a given ailment - not just a rote procedure. I have enjoyed picking her brain for the past many years. I rely on her opinions of general health, nutrition and physical movement. And we always find something to laugh about.
