Ronnie did nothing for me. I’m very disappointed. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment only to be told “I don’t know.” She didn’t run more tests or do anything to figure out the problem. After the appointment, I felt worse than when I had gone in.

I wasn't impressed. She came in the room smug, smacking her gum. Obviously doesn't understand patients who have neurological conditions or the words no or don't. Her bedside manner lacks along with her listening skills. It was if she couldnt be bothered.....cox made the appointment not me. Plus she took an attitude over who fills a certain script. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day but you don't take it out on patients. I hope the next visit is better.

Doctor Hoelker is patient enough to listen to your needs and smart enough to help guide you to where you want to be. As a Nurse Practitioner I consider her education and experience to be more valuable than that of a Doctor. Surgeons and emergency room visits aside, I have never had a great experience with any Doctor.
