Ron is highly unprofessional. If you belong to the EAP program, he will take full advantage of it. Had a total of 3 appts with him, but he billed EAP the full 5 visits. 2 out of 3 appts should of never been boiled, due to one appt only lasting 25mins long and the 2nd appt, only 8 mins!!! He used the excuse of his 8 min appt, that he had a family emergency, only after the fact I called the next day to complain. Never once, did he mention he had to cut the session short, due to any type of emergency. He acted like there's nothing further to talk about. I let the first 25min session slide, because we all have bad days, but the next session...only 10mins!? He actually billed a session on a date that he was on vacation. He doesn't care about his patients and is only looking for monetary return. So sad, because I was looking for help, for my 15yr old. I wouldn't waste your time setting an appt with this man. He honestly acts like he doesnt care.
