Dr. Ronald Karpf, PHD

I can now hold down a job and my marriage is going well. I am seeing Dr. Karpf for a Bipolar Disorder. I know Dr. Karpf sees many severe personality disorders and many psychotic patients. His negative reviews must be from his severely disturbed patients. Dr. Karpf shows good judgment and accurate empathy. I recommend him 100%

I have never met a man that has made me so uncomfortable before in my entire life

Not even sure where to begin.. In short, Dr. (PhD), has zero personality. No accent..However, “mumbles” when speaking. Thus, difficult to understand. Poor interest in your history or explanations. No eye contact...simply scribbles away on a pad. In my opinion, looks & behaves as if he should have long been retired. Pertinent questions are not asked of you and no input is received. Ended my session with the words “You’re done. Call for rescheduling.” No other staff present. Will not return

I would hate for anyone to go through what I did with him. Please find someone else. I needed another dr. To step in to get this Dr. To stop calling me. He definitely doesn't have your best interest in mind. Everything will go well until you try and stop seeing him. I had a real medical Dr tell me to stop driving until my tumor was removed. I recorded Dr. Karpf telling me that it was OK for me to drive just to see him. If I wasn't so sick, I would have reported him.
