I've had a great experience. Despite having HMO insurance with low coverage, the doctor never hesitated to provide the best care from the beginning. My arm is now 99% fully recovered, and every time I visited, the doctor and staff were incredibly kind. I 100% recommend them.

I had 3 visits with this Dr, The first time I waited 30 minutes. The second time I waited 15 minutes. My referral specifies a 45 minute treatment. On the 3rd visit, I got caught in traffic and was 7 minutes late. He refused to treat me even though I still had 32 minutes left of my appointment. There was no one in the waiting room and his front office girls indicated that my insurance would be billed. I told them to cancel me as a patient and filed a grievance with my insurance company when I got home. The rep told me that his actions are against ins co policy. The front girls were always rude. Don't go there!
