This doctor is double billing insurances. I gave them my Vision insurance info to have it billed for the eye exam and a month later I get notified by my HEALTH insurance that they paid a claim! Well, I never gave them my health insurance information. Hmm. Then when I called the doctor to ask what happened, they offered to retract the claim (and they did). I wonder how many more times he has been double paid by both a health and vision plans?? Wow. Talk about ethics.
