Dr. Browne is amazing! She begins with a general hearing test and then using additional tools fine-tunes each frequency and range to customize your aids to your inner ear shape and hearing. The technologies and her ability to apply them are incredible. It's not just the sounds that I didn't hear before but the depth and characteristics of the sounds that present so completely. It's like comparing a rock concert (e.g., over-the-counter aids) to a symphony orchestra performance where each instrument is heard in its full rich detail. Dr. Browne wears hearing aids and she gets it, yay!

Dr. Brown is an exceptional doctor in her field! Very professional and thorough in her analysis. Takes time to listen to your concerns and prescribes the right suggestions to overcome the anxiety of your hearing loss. Her administrative assistant, Tammy, does a wonderful job welcoming you to their practice. Patients drive far and wide from places like South Boston and Williamsburg to maintain their patient / doctor relationship. Highly recommend!!!
