Robin is an excellent counselor. She helped me to process a trauma in one session of E.M.D.R. Therapy. I was carrying the weight of a trauma that had happened over 10 years before and was still haunting me. The memory was hurtful and was keeping me from reaching my full potential. Robin's skill in administering trauma therapy has lifted the load I was carrying. Now when reminded of the traumatic event, it no longer causes me pain or anxiety. I feel lighter. I have let it go.
