Terrible. She thinks she is above you and better then you. She tried to humiliate me. She has 0 empathy for her patients when you are there for a visit she actually talks about herself and her problems. I have never had a health professional act so unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend. She yelled at me and threatened me. She has all the characteristics of an addict herself. Very narcissistic and abusive towards her patients. DO NOT GO TO HER! You will leave feeling worse than when you got there!

Someone who deals with pain you are judged and feel bad enough as it is. This woman actually makes you feel actually worse then the people who actually judge you. This woman does not belong in a job that deals with patient care. You can follow every rule do everything you are told but no matter you can't walk out her door without her making you feel less then.

My poor sister has crumbling bones and is in constant pain and this woman has no sympathy, withheld medication, recommended unsuitable treatment without even reading patient history. I’m sorry my sister cannot see someone else, but with no money, this woman is her only option. I am sad and my heart breaks for my sister. Take your loved one to someone who cares. This woman doesn’t.

This is one of the most knowledgeable caring and loving health care professionals around. Being a person with severe chronic pain for over 22 years, it's a miracle to have Robin in my life. She knows how to help whether I am in tears from pain or having a great day. When you see her you automatically smile and all your walls fall down, you immediately let her know every problem, whether large or small. She takes charge, makes sure that your concerns are taken care of. She is a blessing.

My mother is 87 years old, frail elderly. Robin insisted she come to clinic today or she won’t see her for well over a month. She can’t drive herself and was unable to get a ride, Robin had her in tears. I was at work, and I am a busy APRN working in an acute care hospital. This clinic treats their patients as though they are slaves on a plantation; and the providers are the masters, and the secretary is the overseer. I can’t imagine ever treating my patients this badly. Shame
