03/30/13 - I insisted something was wrong with my son, Lucas. She said she was tired from a C-Section and I wasn't having contractions so she insisted on them discharging me. The nurse left me hooked up to the monitors to ease my mind. 5 minutes after Robin left the room, Lucas's heart stopped beating. Her apology was telling me her child had special needs also. Lucas survived 19 hours off life support, because Dr. Lavelley wouldn't listen to the instinct of his mother.
